We, Hartung Glass Industries, guarantee the quality of our insulating glass to our customers. This guarantee warrants our insulating glass against substantial obstruction of vision from dust or film formation between the sealed panes of glass, resulting from failure of the perimeter seal due to defective materials or defective workmanship in the manufacture of this product.
1. This guarantee is offered only to the original homeowner of a single family residence. It may not be transferred or assigned.
2. Hartung is not liable for damages caused by acts of nature including fire, flood or earthquake, improper installation, mishandling by persons other than Hartung employees, or any other cause whatsoever not within our exclusive control.
3. This guarantee obligates Hartung to replace the defective glass only, FOB the dealers warehouse from which the sale was originally made. This guarantee does not obligate Hartung for installation or cost of installation of said unit or units.
4. We can require an inspection be made by one of our employees prior to replacement.
5. Guarantee does not apply to any unit which has an angle of more or less than 90 degrees, or any unit installed over 15 degrees from vertical.
Hartung Glass is obligated to uphold the terms of this lifetime guarantee in the efforts to maintain superior customer satisfaction.
